In a candid conversation from Patna, Bihar Minister Dilip Kumar Jaiswal painted a picture of a state transforming under resolute governance. With CM Nitish Kumar at the helm, police forces are making unwavering progress toward eradicating crime and ensuring public safety.

Jaiswal dismissed critics who highlight isolated incidents, labeling them as attempts to defame Bihar. ‘The rule of law prevails here,’ he affirmed, appealing to the public to support administrative initiatives for a secure environment.

Turning to BJP’s organizational renewal, Jaiswal lauded the selection of young leader Nitin Nabhin as national president. This move, he explained, aligns with PM Modi’s vision that true leadership is about capability, not chronology. Nabhin’s youth is seen as a bridge to newer generations, revitalizing the world’s largest political party.

Commenting on Shashi Tharoor’s endorsement of Gautam Gambhir, Jaiswal stressed the need to keep politics out of sports excellence. ‘Let merit stand on its own,’ he said, decoupling Gambhir’s coaching success from his political stance.

Economic concerns took center stage as Jaiswal flagged banks’ hesitancy in lending to Bihar residents. A comprehensive meeting with senior bankers has been convened to rectify this, ensuring easier access to credit and fostering local development.

These insights from Jaiswal underscore Bihar’s multifaceted agenda, from law enforcement triumphs to national party dynamics and financial reforms, signaling a promising horizon.
