In Gurugram, Haryana, gangsters have been active for several days, targeting prominent individuals. Recently, YouTuber Elvish Yadav became the latest target. On Sunday morning, 10-12 rounds of firing occurred at Elvish’s residence, causing fear among local residents. This incident follows a shooting targeting singer Rahul Fazilpuria’s car a few days prior.

Approximately a month before the attack on Elvish Yadav’s home, on July 14, Bollywood singer Rahul Fazilpuria’s car was fired upon. Gangsters had previously murdered Fazilpuria’s financier, with the responsibility claimed by Sunil Sardhania, a gangster associated with the Himanshu Bhau gang.

Gurugram police are currently investigating the gang behind the targeting of Elvish and their motives. Police are examining CCTV footage from the surrounding area and collecting evidence from the crime scene.

Fazilpuria and Elvish are known to be good friends. Fazilpuria had reportedly received threats from the Lawrence gang, leading to two police officers being assigned for his protection. Fazilpuria gained recognition for his song ‘Ladki Beautiful, Kar Gayi Chull’ in the Bollywood movie ‘Kapoor & Sons’. His name also surfaced in connection with an illegal snake venom trade involving Elvish Yadav, prompting questioning by the Central Investigation Agency (ED).

Following the attack on Fazilpuria, the police are investigating the connection between that incident and the recent firing at Elvish’s home. Elvish had not received any prior threats before this incident.

Elvish Yadav resides in Sector 56, Gurugram, with his family. Early this morning, around 5:30 AM, three masked individuals opened fire at his residence. Elvish’s parents and caretaker were present at the time; Elvish is currently abroad. No one was injured in the shooting.

The firing occurred on the ground and first floors of Elvish Yadav’s residence. Various teams from the Gurugram police are at the scene, and initial investigations suggest that the incident was carried out by three individuals on a motorcycle.
