A strong rebuttal has come from BJP Rajya Sabha MP and State Executive President Aditya Sahu regarding Chief Minister Hemant Soren’s recent “ox” statement. Sahu emphasized that the individual referred to as an “ox” by the Chief Minister is not an ordinary person but a public representative elected by millions and a prominent leader of the tribal community. He highlighted that the ox symbolizes villages, the poor, and farmers, playing a crucial role in sustaining a vast population. Sahu criticized those who forget the ox’s importance after utilizing its labor, becoming arrogant and resorting to insulting remarks. He asserted that the village, poor, and farmer populace now stands united with this “ox,” which is angered and ready to act. The former Chief Minister, whom the CM disparaged, is a beloved representative of the people, Sahu added. He warned that the public will avenge this insult, and the Hemant government must prepare for the “horns” of the ox. Sahu concluded by stating the public is fed up with corruption and that the state suffers from severe deficiencies in health, education, and infrastructure, alongside rampant illegal mining and a pervasive sense of insecurity for youth and women, even in schools.
