Central Mine Planning & Design Institute (CMPDI) in Ranchi recently observed the Mahaparinirvan Diwas, commemorating the death anniversary of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, the architect of the Indian Constitution. The event saw a heartfelt tribute led by Director (Technical/CRD) Shankar Nagachari, who paid floral respects to Dr. Ambedkar’s statue. Senior officials, department heads, and a large number of employees from CMPDI’s Ranchi headquarters and Regional Institute-3 were present, uniting to honor the visionary leader.
During the observance, Nagachari highlighted Dr. Ambedkar’s profound contributions, emphasizing that Mahaparinirvan Diwas serves as a poignant reminder of his lifelong dedication to equality, social justice, and constitutional ideals.
