Chief Minister Hemant Soren has affirmed the government’s commitment to securing a better future for the youth of the state. Efforts are continuously underway to guide and add new dimensions to career development for the younger generation. A significant step in this direction is the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the School Education and Literacy Department and HCL Tech for the placement-linked program, Tech Bee.

Speaking at a program held at the Jharkhand Ministry on Wednesday, the Chief Minister highlighted that this initiative will provide the youth of the state with an opportunity to realize their dreams of a bright future in the field of information technology. He lauded the HCL Tech Bee program, which aims to connect Jharkhand’s students with the IT sector from the 12th grade onwards. The Chief Minister stated that the state government will fully support any company or institution that takes the initiative to provide technical education, skill training, and jobs to the youth. He emphasized that the government is committed to providing quality education, skill development, and employment to children.

The Chief Minister explained that Tech Bee is a program through which students get the opportunity to build a secure future alongside completing their schooling. Moreover, they will also get opportunities for jobs and higher education after successful training. He urged students to actively participate in this program with dedication to give their careers a new direction. He also mentioned that concrete steps should be taken to disseminate all relevant information about this program to school students.

The Chief Minister stated that there is no shortage of talent and skills in the children of the state. The need is to show them the right path so they can move forward. The government has been continuously striving to provide better education, skill development training, and employment to the younger generation through various schemes.

The Chief Minister also mentioned the Guru Ji Credit Card scheme, which has been launched to ensure that children in the state do not face financial difficulties in their studies. Whether one wants to study engineering, management, or any other course, they can get a loan of up to Rs 15 lakh under the Guru Ji Credit Card scheme without any guarantee. The government will provide support at every level.
