Koderma: Jewelry and Cash Stolen in Brazen Overnight Burglaries

In a shocking incident in Koderma’s Tilaiya area, specifically Baijnath Nagar, three homes were targeted by thieves on Sunday night. The burglars managed to make off with a significant amount of cash and valuable jewelry. While one attempted burglary was unsuccessful, two homes suffered substantial losses. In one of the targeted residences, a chilling discovery was made: an empty liquor bottle, suggesting the perpetrators may have consumed alcohol before carrying out their crime. This indicates a brazen and perhaps reckless approach by the thieves. Local police have arrived at the scene and are actively investigating the coordinated break-ins. One victim, Anil Saw, stated he was away in Gaon Chhatiyari when neighbors informed him about the broken locks. Upon returning, he found his home ransacked and confirmed the theft of approximately three lakh rupees in cash and assorted jewelry. The swift response from Tilaiya police is underway as they gather evidence and pursue leads in this alarming series of robberies.
