Residents presented applications detailing their diverse issues, ranging from land disputes and ration card problems to property encroachments and delayed land acquisitions. The DC assured all attendees that their grievances would receive prompt attention, with action expected within 15 days. A particular case highlighted involved an employee whose salary was stopped since 2016 due to an incorrect birth date recorded in official records, despite his appointment in 2015 on compassionate grounds. He appealed for the restoration of his salary, which has made supporting his family difficult. In response to recurring complaints regarding the Bishrampur Anchal office, the Deputy Commissioner announced a separate review of its operations scheduled for November 18th, focusing on unresolved applications submitted to the Janata Darbar.
