Rajnath Singh Mourns the Loss of ‘Dishom Guru’ Shibu Soren, Calls It a Major Blow to Tribal Community

Defense Minister Rajnath Singh paid his respects to the late Shibu Soren, visiting his ancestral village and offering floral tributes. Singh described the death of ‘Dishom Guru’ Shibu Soren as an irreparable loss. He expressed his sentiments on social media platform X, stating that the tribal community has lost one of its greatest leaders after the passing of Dishom Guru. Singh mentioned that he had met and interacted with Dishom Guru on multiple occasions and was deeply impressed by his simplicity and struggle. He further added that the people of Jharkhand have lost not only a popular leader but also a guardian. Singh also met with Hemant Soren, the son of Shibu Soren and the Chief Minister of Jharkhand, and expressed his condolences. He offered his prayers for the family to find strength during this difficult time. Former Union Minister Ashwini Kumar Choubey, MP Pappu Yadav, and former Rajya Sabha MP RK Anand also visited and paid their respects to the departed leader.
