    JSSC violates Article-14-Advocate General

Earlier, on behalf of the applicants, the Supreme Court’s Senior Advocate Devdutt Kamath and Advocate Amritansh Vats told the bench that thousands of successful candidates of the graduate trained teachers examination were informed by JSSC regarding Document Verification (certificate verification) through post, SMS and email. The benefit of this should have been given to the applicants as well, but in their case only information was published on the website. If a candidate was specially invited and informed about the certificate verification, then it should have been with all other candidates (applicants). JSSC has not violated Article-14 of the Constitution by not doing so. The applicants should also get its benefit.

Jharkhand High Court order challenged in Supreme Court

Separate SLPs have been filed on behalf of the applicant Nirmal Pahan and others. He has challenged the order of Jharkhand High Court. The single bench of the High Court and later the bench rejected the petitions and appeal petitions of the applicants.
