Ranchi:- Urban Development and Tourism Minister Shri Sudhivya Kumar said that a grand statue of Lord Birsa Munda will be installed in Jharkhand which will be known as “STATUE OF STRENGTH” and in the coming time it will become a new center of tourism and cultural identity of Jharkhand. Minister Shri Sudhivya Kumar on Friday inspected the proposed site for “STATUE OF STRENGTH” at Biodiversity Park in Ranchi and Hahap Panchayat of Namkum block on Ranchi-Tata Marg.
- A grand statue of Lord Birsa Munda will be built on the hill for “STATUE OF STRENGTH”
Minister Shri Sudhivya Kumar visited various places in Hahap Panchayat area for the construction of a grand statue of Lord Birsa Munda for “STATUE OF STRENGTH” And while inspecting the suitable site for the construction of the huge statue of Lord Birsa Munda “STATUE OF STRENGTH”, he said that a huge hill located next to the Ranchi-Tata road will be developed for this project.
Under the proposed project:-
Minister Shri Sudhivya Kumar said that under the proposed project, the statue of Lord Birsa Munda will be installed on the top of the hill, which will become a symbol of bravery and cultural pride of Jharkhand, along with this, a park, cafeteria, parking and a road to climb up will be constructed in the hilly area*
Local women should be given training in hospitality service through IHM (Institute of Hotel Management)
During the inspection of Biodiversity Park, Minister Shri Sudhivya Kumar directed that a Nutrition Park should be built in the Biodiversity Park, in which various basic facilities should be available for tourists. Along with this, instructions were given to train local women in hospitality service through IHM (Institute of Hotel Management), so that they can get employment opportunities and tourists get a better experience.
