In the cabinet meeting held in Maheshwar, it was decided that all the liquor shops in these places will be closed. After this decision, politics on this issue has intensified in the state. MP Assembly’s Deputy Leader of Opposition Hemant Katare cornered the government and said that the decision taken by the state government to ban liquor in the cabinet meeting is only propaganda. This is a decision to increase black marketing of liquor.
Now we will earn commission of thousands of rupees – Katare
Katare said that liquor vends have been closed at some places having religious places. More alcohol will be consumed there than before. The BJP people doing illegal liquor business were currently getting Rs 10-20 as commission on liquor, now they will earn commission of thousands of rupees. If there is black marketing then there will be arbitrary rates. This is an initiative of the Mohan Yadav government to promote black marketing of liquor. Deputy Leader of Opposition Hemant Katare, who was on Morena tour, said these things while discussing with the media.

This is a bill to increase black marketing – Katare
Hemant Katare said, I want to ask the Chief Minister whether he does not consider Dandraua Temple of Bhind, Karhadham of Morena and Shani Temple as religious places? Why is liquor not being banned here? Call this not a liquor ban, but a bill to increase black marketing. Due to this, the liquor mafia will become more dominant in the state. On the question of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav starting Constitution Pride campaign from Gwalior on Saturday, he said that Congress is going to hold a public meeting Jai Bapu, Jai Bhim, Jai Constitution in Mhow on 27th January. How three people from the same family of Dalit community were murdered in Sagar under the patronage of BJP. There are many such issues due to which BJP is worried. To control its damage, BJP is making such pretense out of fear of Congress.
On the question of fake payments worth crores of rupees in PHE in the name of fake CPAT report, Hemant Katare said, I have raised this matter in the Assembly. I was given false and incomplete answers to the questions, after which I have written to the Questions and Reference Committee. Action should be taken against the officials who have given false and incorrect information. It should be investigated under whose pressure action is not being taken against the companies guilty of fake CPAT against whom FIR has been filed and blacklisting has been recommended. There should also be recovery from those who have made wrong payments.
Factionalism at its peak in BJP
Describing the severe factionalism in BJP, Hemant Katare said that fights are going on in Indore between the Chief Minister and Kailash Vijayvargiya. Somewhere inside Prahlad Patel is having a fight with the minister. See in Morena itself, Assembly Speaker Narendra Singh Tomar is having a fight with many ministers. On illegal sand excavation from Chambal river, Katare said that illegal excavation of sand is being done by the BJP government and local leaders. Illegal sand money is flowing from the bottom to the top. In the name of dear sisters, lies were told to the women of the state, they were promised three thousand rupees per month, now the government has reversed. The Election Commission should take cognizance and file a case of fraud against BJP regarding promises regarding purchase of paddy, wheat, gas cylinder prices etc.
