Rahul Gandhi, a prominent leader of the Congress party, is conducting a ‘Voter Rights Yatra’ in Bihar, focusing on alleged electoral irregularities. He has been vocal about his claims of election manipulation and has presented evidence to support his assertions. This yatra is specifically aimed at addressing concerns regarding vote theft and the Bihar Voter List Revision (SIR), and is critical of the Election Commission and the BJP. The ‘Voter Rights Yatra’ commenced in Sasaram, Bihar, and is scheduled to span approximately 16 days, covering 25 districts within the state. Gandhi is accompanied by key figures like Tejashwi Yadav and leaders from various Left parties during this journey. The schedule for the second day of the yatra is as follows: The yatra will begin at 8:00 AM, proceeding to Dev Road and then through various locations including Amba-Kutumba, Telhara, Patalganga, and the Purana Thana Mor, culminating at the Dev Surya Temple. At 9:30 AM, leaders will offer prayers at the Dev Surya Temple. The yatra will resume in the afternoon at 4:00 PM, traversing Guraru, Bagdiha Mor, Ahiyapur Road, Daudnagar-Gaya Road, Panchanpur, Kewali, and Delhi Overbridge. A public gathering, featuring Rahul Gandhi and other leaders, is scheduled for 6:30 PM. The day will conclude with the group arriving at Khalish Park, Gaya, at 7:30 PM.
