Authorities in Sikkim have apprehended a school teacher and two other individuals following allegations of sexual assault against a minor student in Gyalshing district. The victim, a Class 7 student, reported the abuse to the police, leading to the arrest of all three accused. The principal of the school filed a complaint with the Gyalshing police on July 14th. In a separate incident, a fire erupted in a residential building in Hyderabad, leading to the rescue of five individuals. The fire, which occurred in the early hours of Wednesday, was attributed to a short circuit and prompted a swift response from local fire services, saving those trapped on upper floors.
