    Swami Chaitanyananda Saraswati, who manages a private engineering institute, is facing charges of molesting multiple female students in Delhi’s Vasant Kunj. Also known as Parth Sarthy, the self-proclaimed spiritual leader is accused of sexually harassing 17 young women. Delhi Police have reported that he is currently at large. The alleged victims are students enrolled in PGDM courses under the EWS scholarship program at the institute. Authorities have recorded statements from 32 girls as part of the ongoing investigation. Seventeen of these girls have accused him of using abusive language, sending obscene WhatsApp/SMS messages, and engaging in unwanted physical contact. The Vasant Kunj Police have filed a case against Swami Chaitanyananda Saraswati under various sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). Furthermore, his car, which was found with a fraudulent UN number plate, has been seized. Police are actively working to locate and apprehend him.
