Telangana Congress Leader Anil Marelli Murdered: Police Investigate

Anil Marelli, a Congress functionary, was discovered dead in Telangana’s Medak district on Tuesday. Police reports indicate that Marelli was shot by unidentified individuals at approximately 8:30 PM on Monday near the Varikuntam X road. Preliminary investigations by Sub-Inspector Mohd Ghouse of Kolcharam suggest the deceased was involved in real estate and may have been embroiled in land disputes with the perpetrators. The assailants reportedly trailed Marelli from Hyderabad, stopped his vehicle, and opened fire. A case has been filed, and law enforcement efforts are ongoing to apprehend the suspects.
