The police took action in response to persistent complaints regarding the scam, leading to the arrest of the two Telangana residents. The arrested individuals, identified as Sudeep and Anil Kumar, operated the fake website under the domain www.Devaseva.com. The police are now investigating the methods used, identifying other accomplices, and tracking the disbursement of the stolen funds.
