The upcoming Vice-Presidential election sees S. Radhakrishnan, the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) candidate, poised to win against B. Sudershan Reddy of the INDIA Bloc. Voting commences Tuesday morning via secret ballot. While the NDA is expected to secure victory, the exact margin remains a point of focus. The election was triggered by the resignation of Jagdeep Dhankhar. The voting process includes all members of the Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha, concluding in the late afternoon with vote counting beginning the same day. The electoral college comprises elected and nominated members from both houses of Parliament.
