Former Deputy Chief Minister Tarkishore Prasad participated in a TV9 digital ‘Baithak’ in Bihar, addressing questions about his political and personal life. Regarding the RJD, Prasad remarked that the party is essentially the family of Lalu Prasad Yadav. He avoided further comment on internal dynamics and made a point of ensuring that his own family members would not enter politics. Regarding the Nal-Jal scam, he dismissed the accusations as unfounded, highlighting that his brother-in-law still runs his shop and adding that his government does not protect or falsely implicate anyone. He emphasized that while it is easy to make accusations, especially corruption charges, it is important to conduct proper investigations when necessary.
