    The second season of the Delhi Premier League (DPL) is underway, with teams gearing up for a competitive tournament. The inaugural match on August 2nd featured South Delhi Superstarz against the defending champions, East Delhi Riders. East Delhi Riders secured a convincing 5-wicket victory, successfully chasing a target of 170 runs, largely thanks to the batting efforts of skipper Anuj Rawat (55) and Mayank Rawat (30). The eight participating teams are aiming for a strong showing this season. All matches will be held at the Arun Jaitley Stadium, culminating in the final on August 31st. The Delhi Premier League has already commenced, with matches beginning at 7 PM IST. Double-header days will have matches starting at 2 PM IST. Fans can watch the live telecast on the Star Sports 2 Hindi channel and stream the matches live on the JioHotstar app and website.
