In the evolving landscape of Indian sports, few stories shine brighter than that of Navneet Kaur, the Haryana-born forward who has redefined women’s hockey. From the dusty grounds of Shahabad to the podiums of international arenas, her path is a blueprint for success.

Navneet entered the world on August 26, 1995, in a town synonymous with hockey excellence. Her innate talent, honed through years of rigorous practice, saw her debut for India in 2014. As a reliable forward known for her pace and precision, she has scored 62 goals in 201 appearances, becoming indispensable.

Key milestones define her legacy. Victory in the 2017 Asia Cup marked her rise, followed by silver medals in the 2018 Asian Champions Trophy and Asian Games. She represented India at the 2018 Commonwealth Games, Hockey World Cup in London, and clinched fourth at Tokyo Olympics. The 2019 FIH Finals gold and 2022 Commonwealth bronze further solidified her status.
