    The highly anticipated India versus Pakistan match in the 2025 Asia Cup is set to reignite the world’s biggest cricket rivalry on September 14. This Group A clash will be held at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium, generating immense excitement among fans and advertisers. The Asia Cup 2025, spanning from September 9 to 28, will showcase eight teams competing in the fast-paced T20I format across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. India will commence their campaign against the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on September 10 in Dubai before facing Pakistan. Their final group stage match is scheduled for September 19 against Oman in Abu Dhabi. Broadcasters are capitalizing on the fervor surrounding the India-Pakistan match, with ad inventory for India’s matches priced at an impressive Rs 14–16 lakh per 10-second slot, with the India-Pakistan game commanding the highest rates. A 10-second spot during this iconic match will cost Rs 16 lakh, highlighting the significant commercial appeal of this intense rivalry. Sponsorship packages are also substantial: Co-presenting sponsorship is priced at Rs 18 crore, associate sponsorship at Rs 13 crore, and a spot-buy package costs Rs 16 lakh per 10 seconds. Digital rights holder Sony LIV has also secured large ad deals, including Rs 30 crore each for co-presenting and highlights partnerships. The digital platform reserves 30% of ads for India matches, with pre-rolls priced at Rs 275 per 10 seconds (Rs 500 for India games, Rs 750 for India-Pakistan), mid-rolls at Rs 225 per 10 seconds (Rs 400 for India games, Rs 600 for India-Pakistan), and connected TV ads at Rs 450 (Rs 800 for India games, Rs 1,200 for India-Pakistan). The India vs. Pakistan fixture remains a premier event in Asian cricket, drawing millions of viewers and often breaking viewership records. This year’s match, scheduled for a Sunday evening in Dubai, promises to be another major sporting event. For India, this game is more than just a group-stage match; it represents pride and a chance to make a statement before the knockout rounds.
