India’s Asia Cup journey begins against the UAE on September 10, followed by a highly anticipated match against Pakistan on September 14, both in Dubai. The group stage concludes with a game against Oman on September 19, leading into the Super Four stage. Several players are currently occupied with domestic cricket commitments, including Arshdeep Singh, Harshit Rana, and Kuldeep Yadav. Standby players such as Prasidh Krishna or Washington Sundar will not be joining the main squad as net bowlers at this stage. India aims to leverage this direct arrival strategy and a well-balanced team to perform strongly in Dubai and kickstart a successful Asia Cup campaign.
