    Indian pace bowler Mohammed Siraj impressed fans with his outstanding performance in the five-match Test series against England. He secured 23 wickets in the series, dismantling the English batting lineup. Siraj was the highest wicket-taker in the Test series, marking the first time in his Test career that he achieved this feat. Praised by many for his performance, Siraj also received commendation from Indian batting legend Sachin Tendulkar. The Indian pace bowler expressed his happiness and gratitude for Tendulkar’s remarks.

    In a video shared on the ‘100MB’ ‘X’ account, Tendulkar praised Siraj, stating, “He played amazingly well. I liked his approach. I was also happy to see the energy he brought. If you don’t look at the scorecard and just observe Siraj’s body language, you wouldn’t be able to tell if he’s taken five wickets or none at all.” Responding to the video, Siraj wrote, “Thank you sir.”

    The fifth and final Test match between India and England was held at The Oval in London. Team India won this match. In the final Test, India scored 224 runs in their first innings, while England was bowled out for 247 runs in their first innings. Siraj took four wickets in the first innings.

    India scored 396 runs in their second innings. Yashasvi Jaiswal contributed 118 runs, and Akash Deep scored 66 runs. England needed 374 runs to win the match, but the team was bowled out for 367 runs. Siraj also bowled remarkably in the second innings, taking five wickets. He took a total of 9 wickets in the match, troubling the English batsmen. On the final day of the game, England needed 35 runs to win with four wickets remaining. Siraj took three of those wickets, securing the victory for India.
