In a surprising turn of events, Neeraj Chopra, a prominent Indian athlete, finished eighth in the Men’s Javelin Throw final, marking his first time outside the top two in an international competition since the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. Sachin Yadav, another Indian competitor, narrowly missed the podium, finishing fourth with a personal best throw of 86.27 meters. Arshad Nadeem of Pakistan placed tenth.
