In a boost to the Adani Group’s energy portfolio, Adani Energy Solutions Limited (AESL) reported blockbuster Q3 FY26 results, with adjusted PAT soaring 30% to ₹574 crore year-over-year. The Ahmedabad-based firm unveiled these figures on Thursday, marking another chapter of growth in India’s power transmission landscape.

The quarter ending December saw revenue hit an all-time high of ₹6,945 crore, up 15.7% from last year, propelled by operational excellence. EBITDA expanded 20.7% to ₹2,210 crore, thanks to robust contributions from transmission networks, distribution assets, and smart metering initiatives.

Looking at the nine-month cumulative, revenue stood at ₹20,737 crore (up 16.2%), EBITDA at ₹6,354 crore (up 15.9%), and adjusted PAT at ₹1,670 crore (up 34.4%). Capex ramped up 1.24 times to ₹9,294 crore, enabling key project activations.

Notable achievements include operationalizing four transmission ventures: North Karanpura, Khawda Phase II Part-A, KPS-1, and Sangod. The smart metering drive added 6.12 million units in the period, pushing total deployments to 9.25 million.

‘We’re thrilled with this quarter’s results,’ said CEO Kandarpa Patel. ‘Our execution prowess and strategic focus have driven progress, even in tough conditions. Growth opportunities remain strong ahead.’

As India pushes for energy security, AESL’s expansion aligns perfectly with national goals, promising steady returns for stakeholders and enhanced grid reliability nationwide.
