Recently, former Google executive Mo Gawdat, on the ‘Diary of a CEO’ podcast, predicted that AI-powered automation will eliminate several professional roles, including chief executives, software engineers, and podcasters. He forecasts that this disruption could begin as early as 2027, which he describes as ‘hell before heaven’.
