The United States and Israel are pressuring the Lebanese government to disarm Hezbollah and transform it into a purely political organization. A Lebanese cabinet meeting scheduled for Tuesday was to consider a proposal for the return of weapons from all armed groups except the state. However, an atmosphere of worry and unease prevails in Lebanon before the meeting, with concerns about potential unrest.

In this context, Hezbollah supporters conducted motorcycle rallies in various areas on Monday night, which many politicians and journalists have interpreted as ‘threats and warnings.’ The purpose of these rallies was to prevent the government from approving the return of weapons from Hezbollah.
