Following the Indian Army’s destruction of a Lashkar-e-Taiba terror camp in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) in May 2025 under Operation Sindoor, the group is rebuilding. This new camp, spanning 4,600 square feet, is anticipated to be completed by December and is located near the Jamia Ahle Sunnat mosque in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This location is expected to serve as a hub for anti-India activities. The management of these camps has been entrusted to three experienced and dangerous terrorists, each with a history of involvement in prior terror incidents.

Nasar Javed has been appointed as the head of the new terror camp. He is identified as the mastermind behind the 2007 Hyderabad blasts. His responsibilities encompass the overall operation of the camp and control of the terrorist network, including tasks such as funding, recruitment, and module creation. Nasar is actively engaging with the existing network to prepare new terrorists. The 2007 Hyderabad blasts included an explosion at the Makka Masjid on May 18, resulting in 13 fatalities, and a second blast on August 25, which claimed 35 lives.
