    Interim Prime Minister Sushila Karki of Nepal has finalized appointments for key ministerial positions. The recommendations have been submitted to Sheetal Niwas, the Presidential Office in Kathmandu. Kulman Ghising, Om Prakash Aryal, and Rameshore Khanal are scheduled to be sworn in on September 15, 2025. Ghising will head the Ministry of Energy, Urban Development, and Physical Infrastructure. Aryal is set to take charge of the Ministry of Law and Home, and Khanal will lead the Ministry of Finance. This decision follows days of discussions and was made with the consensus of the Gen Z coalition.
