A disturbing video has surfaced from Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) just two days after a deadly blast near Delhi’s Red Fort, which claimed 12 lives. The footage captures Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terrorists engaged in what appears to be a celebratory meeting, with commanders being showered with garlands and flower petals. This gathering has immediately raised concerns among Indian security agencies, prompting an investigation into a potential link with the recent terror attack in the Indian capital.

The video depicts an atmosphere of festivity and jubilation among the LeT operatives and their leaders. The timing of this celebration, occurring so soon after the significant loss of life in Delhi, has fueled suspicions. Indian authorities have officially termed the Delhi incident a terror attack and have vowed to apprehend those responsible.

Intelligence sources indicate that the meeting took place in Kotli, PoK, on Wednesday, and reportedly included senior LeT figures such as Abdul Rauf and Rizwan Hanif. Hanif, identified as the deputy chief of LeT’s PoK unit, is believed to be a crucial conduit between Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) operatives. Notably, JeM is also suspected of having connections to key figures in the Delhi blast investigation.

Hanif also commands the Hilal-ul-Haq brigade, a joint LeT-JeM unit operating under the guise of the People’s Anti-Fascist Front (PAFF). His association with Habib Tahir, implicated in the Pahalgam attack, further deepens the concerns. Indian intelligence agencies are now scrutinizing this PoK meeting for any concrete evidence that could link the group to the Delhi blast and shed light on their cross-border terror network.
