Texas Flash Floods: Over 50 Fatalities, Rescue Efforts Intensify; PM Modi Offers Condolences

Central Texas has been struck by torrential rains leading to catastrophic flash floods, resulting in the deaths of more than 50 individuals. In Kerr County, the situation is particularly dire, with over 20 girls missing from Camp Mystic, a private Christian summer camp. The river near the camp rose dramatically.
