Israeli forces have killed 262 crocodiles at a farm near the illegal Petza’el settlement in the West Bank. The military created a ‘killing valley’ and gunned down the crocodiles. The farm housed approximately 800 crocodiles.

The army first drained the lake water and then shot hundreds of crocodiles, filling trucks with the carcasses. The farm was once a popular tourist attraction and also traded in crocodile skin. Around 3,000 crocodiles were brought there in the 2000s.
