Yordanis Cobos-Martinez Identified in Brutal Beheading of Indian Man Chandra Nagamallaiah in Dallas

The Indian community in Dallas is reeling from the horrific beheading of Chandra Nagamallaiah, a man from Karnataka. The brutal murder occurred in broad daylight, witnessed by Nagamallaiah’s wife and son, leaving neighbors and the Indian community in shock. Fifty-year-old Chandra Nagamallaiah, the manager of Downtown Suites motel, was attacked multiple times with a machete by 37-year-old Yordanis Cobos-Martinez, who had a violent criminal history and had recently been released from police custody. The killing took place on the morning of September 10 at the Downtown Suites motel. Disturbing video footage surfaced online showed Nagamallaiah’s wife and son screaming as the attacker pursued him. They were unable to intervene as Martinez beheaded him, kicking his head into the parking lot before placing it in a dumpster.
